Eastridge is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator a manufacturer of memory chips that provides solutions to companies world-wide.
What You'll Do
You'll work independently and as a part of a team, prioritize assignments, work under pressure while dealing with ambiguity and understand working with multiple stakeholders across the globe. A proactive mindset, collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly are critical.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute as an integral part of the Marketing Communication team, coordinating events to create one of a kind, quality experiences for both internal and external events
• Work closely and partner with the team leads on invites, schedules, catering, swag, promo materials
• Coordinate planning and develop media/materials for execution and proper communication and promotion of our participation in the trade show or event.
• Support pre-, on-site and post-event marketing plans and logistics from conception to completion. This includes: registration, housing, agenda, budget, meeting space allocation, audio-visual, special events, premiums, transportation and more.
• Manages contracts, invoices, POs and vendor additions and supports budget completion efforts
• Support development, management, and execution of assigned projects
Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required
• A team player attitude but aptitude to work independently
• Content management skills (digital, custom applications, presentations)
• Ability to travel to event location specific to assigned programs
• Project management experience and strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
