About the Role:
As a Pre-Construction and Estimating Project Manager, you'll be the key player in our business development, estimating, and pre-construction processes. You'll ensure seamless project transitions and deliver exceptional client service.

What You'll Do:
Client & Sales Management: Develop competitive budgets and estimates (ranging from $1M-$5M), contribute to bid calendars, and nurture strong client relationships.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with the pre-construction team to gather vendor and subcontractor proposals, clarify scopes, and manage RFIs and submittals.
Financial Oversight: Ensure proposals meet target gross margins and maintain profitability during the buyout phase.
Brand Standards: Stay up-to-date on hotel brand standards and ADA compliance requirements.
Information Management: Conduct on-site and digital takeoffs, organize project contacts, and maintain accurate records.
Client Development: Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and kick-off events.
What You'll Bring:
3-6 years of experience in estimating or pre-construction in a fast-paced environment.
General contractor or subcontractor experience (hotel construction or tenant improvement experience is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or Business Management (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in estimating and project management software, plus Microsoft 365 skills.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage complex processes accurately and thrive under pressure.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
