Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $20 - $22 / hour 

Job Summary:

The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for communicating any issues/concerns to Operations Management/Supervisor and Production staff to ensure that quality filling and packaging criteria are being met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather data, research information, review documentation for accuracy, and relay findings to internal personnel.
• Bulk allocation – create work orders, work order approval, and release of documents to Quality for final review.
• Process re-work instructions and customer reports.
• Review customer specifications and input into ERP system.
• Generate art cards as required.
• Design and print shipper labels as required by customer.
• Assist in general administrative duties when needed.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish
• High School Graduate
• 3-5 years Administrative Functions
• Attention to Detail
• Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask
• Able to work in a face paced environment
