Schedule:
• Shift: Mid-shift, 4x10-hour shifts (1:00 PM - 11:00 PM), every other weekend required
• Duration: 13 weeks
Responsibilities:
• Provide case management for patients in a Level 1 trauma center Emergency Department
• Coordinate care for acute inpatient cases, ensuring efficient and quality outcomes
• Utilize EPIC documentation system for accurate record-keeping
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning and patient advocacy
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of acute inpatient case management experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• First-timers: Accepted

Compensation:
• Base Pay Rate: $72.00/hour
• Overtime: After 12 hours/day and 60 hours/week
